[𝕎𝕚𝕝𝕕] Blue - Simplistic Contest

A simple skin for a simple contest. So I gave it a simple name. Without shading or layers allowed I had to think outside the box if I wanted originality and a good looking skin. The hair was the hard part, I went through multiple designs before settling on this hair. It has 2 main colors and five or so total, and for the other side a swapped the colors, so light blue was blue, and blue was dark blue etc. I did this for the whole body. The eyes were made simple so they wouldn't stand out. The shirt and brown jacket was probably my favorite part, After I finished I added some minor highlights and moved on to the jeans. I did the same thing with the jeans but the highlights were more speckled than directional. After some shoes, I was done.
