Try to avoid using fully desaturated colors in skins (black, gray, white, etc. Otherwise known as "perfect grays") instead substitute desaturated colors for perfect grays. I do that with every one of my skins when I'm trying to simulate gray or black or white. My Slenderman skin is a good example of that. (It's not bad to use black and white sparingly, though. ;) )
Also, try adding more highlights. The shading looks good so far but it could use some more detail, especially on the face.
Also, try hue shifting the colors. That'll make the colors of this skin look so much better.
