Here's some (of my own) advice: The face/eyes seem shaded a bit abnormally, and below seems a BIT over-shaded, so I think that if you personally shade it a bit less, then it'd look great.
One last thing: I have NO experience with the hat section, but I think that if you use that section then you need to make it a lot of the hair on the skin, depending on who you're making.
But as I said earlier, you're certainly improving. :3
