As he scarfed down on rotten fish and other remains from the trash, a meteor containing greenstuffoxide dove directly into the cat's feline skull.

Within the next few hours, he discovered the meteor that struck had become embedded into his flesh and bones. Not only that, but he was also standing on two legs. In shock, he screamed! Shortly after, he screamed in even more terror to notice the fact that it had screamed like a human.

As he roamed the alleyways, keeping to feline nature with humanoid features, he realized it may not be as bad as it seemed!
Others veered away from him for his odd behavior, many started believing it was just a guy who LOVED the mascot suit.

Gradually, he gave himself the nickname:

COMET CAT

It is shaded, the shading just isn't as hard as most other skins, I kept it to a more gradient soft shading since he does have fur all over :P
