If you happen to see a skin made by me anywhere other than on my Planet Minecraft profile, it is probably re-uploaded without my permission and you should let me know and report it. I only upload my skins on Planet Minecraft.

Planet Minecraft rules clearly say "If posting transformative "Fair Use" work, seek permission from the original author and include credit." As Tea_Lesbian said, you did NOT seek her permission. That's a clear violation of the rules.
