It's simply a cactus.
-Why I choose it?
because I saw the cactus on my windowsill. (and because it is easy to draw)
-Story
When the world was almost destroyed by the Lord Opuntia.
Appeared a hero. His name was... Caryophyllales
The hero fought his way through all his soldiers to the Lord
and asked him: "Why are you doing this?"
he answered: "I'm annoyed that people put us in their pots and let us stand on their window sills....FOR YEARS!
"But that's no reason to kill all humans" replied the hero.
"I don't care, I want revenge" Answered the Lord.
The Lord begun to fight against the hero.
The hero has managed to push the Lord in a hole and when he wanted to kill him, someone shot a sting in his back. It was a soldier. The hero fainted.
When he stood up, already 3 years have passed.
He looked around... no one was there... only the Mojave Desert.
But something was strange, he felt different.
He looked at his hand and saw that he was green. But he didn't care, because he could not save the world. He went away and locked himself in a vault.
No one has seen him or the Vault again...

Most cactuses grow in deserts, savannas or other very dry areas. In the course of their development they have adapted perfectly to this frugal life. For example, the leaves of many cactuses have transformed into thorns. The thorns also prevent cactuses lose water.
A cactus can survive for up to 2 years without water.
