This is Cthulhu the self healing submerged creature from the short story "The Call of Cthulhu" by H.P Lovecraft.
Although the original Cthulhu is depicted as green, I gave the creature a twist of red to really spark fear into the enemy's eyes when Cthulhu rises from beneath the sea.
