This is the same as my previous Candy Skin =3 But I've made 2 changes; I took away the lolipops/colorful lines on the arms and replaced it with plain white, the second change is that I made the caramel sauce more realistic.

Yummy Ice cream with colorful topping and caramel sauce =3 NomNomNom!
