Here she is folks, the elfin Captain Holly Short of the Lower Elements Police Reconnaissance Devision! This feisty flyer of a fairy is known for her daring maneuvers, liberal attitude to regulations and for being the first ever female LEPRecon Officer, not to mention having an interesting relationship with one particularly infamous Mud Boy. Though I didn't tell you that last bit.

Her suit here is my interpretation of Foaly's LEP Mark II Recon suit, because it's more advanced than the Mk I and because making the matte-black Section 8 suit wouldn't be as fun.

I may also make a helmetless version, but I'm never very good with faces.
