This is my contest skin of cesilko.
what is Cesilko ?
- Cesilko is "vodnÃk"(i don't know how to translate it to English but the closest word is probably Water man or water sprite) , so an average "vodnÃk" live in water he can morph into water animals like fishes and he can control water animals , but he need water for that spells (without water he is like a fish on the land).About " vodnik's " evil powers , he attracts people into the water and drown them and then he catch Their soul into a jar.... and he is green with bulging eyes and love riding on catfish . So that's all (i hope).
