Here comes another Wildfrost Character! Now it is the most beloved Goat mommy!
In-game, Charm Vendor is a world event that sells you powerful charms that can be applied to any of your cards. People in Wildfrost discord praise her for how useful and beatiful she is. The most I can say is that she isn't as kind as, for example, the Shop Girl, since she doesn't give you discounts and doesn't allow you to buy stuff for 1 coin less than you have.
In the original design, she also has a goat that I am not good enough to recreate. But I was able to make a staff for her!
