Cirno if she looked a bit better honestly (for some odd reason, I'm personally not a big fan of the SWR/Histokensoku sprites of Cirno), and her animations and sprite work look way better anyways.
My boy Swapped did the body for me and also requested me to make this character for Cirno Day (September 9th) so I just had to. She has no wings in this skin tho (got lazy with that I'm so sorry).
