Ok ! ;p i am not sure if there has/can be to be a story like the Halloween contest... but anyway
This guy is based on steam punk theme and an character from some doctor who episode.
It is a drone/droid that runs completely on cogs,spring,coils and other clock innards, except this amazing device has an intelligence cogged into that shell of glass, anyway this one in particular has lost its mask and now all we can see of his mechanics, aside from a few protruding springs and sprockets is the glass object where his head should be containing what seems to be its brain ..who knows ;P
basically this mindless zombie of a droid has been left behind from some resource collecting mission, he continues to Fill out his orders anyhow and starts building his own army of Clockwork Zombie droids.. as the time goes on and his army is almost complete, He .. IT has started to deteriorate and now its time is over and this once advanced Time traveling Being has come to the point where its clock is about to stop..
