Ever seen a man with a command block for a head? You have now!

This is another addition to the theme of "Blocks for Heads".
Command blocks have so much potential, and can do so many things!
This is why I emphasised the command block in sci-fi neon style!
This took about 2 hours to produce. No underlays were used;
this is all my work and my shading.
