Sewer Urchin is the guardian of the sewers in the cartoon The Tick. You might say he's not technically "Under The Sea," but the sewers are like a less habitable sea.

I put a lot of effort into this skin and used a new shading technique, so please, if you like it, download, comment, and Diamond!
