You can report me but let me make a quick explanation here.
He wanted to make something in Planet Minecraft but did not want to make an account.
So he made a skin that I didn't really like.... but just to make him happy, submitted it.
So I did not "steal" it. He gave me permission to use it.
Please refrain from jumping to conclusions. Sure the description was short but have you ever seen a "Skin stealer" that actually says WHO w took it from? No.
