Creeper SpongeBob

SpongeBob... but with a creeper face!

I made this by filling the skin with a yellow colour, adding noise, putting on a classic creeper face with distorted eyes (msg me if you dont want the blue eye bits and i'll update the skin, or you can do it yourself!- it's pretty simple), then i tried different tie shapes found this was the most effective with the amount of pixels i had and finally i added the belt t-shirt, trousers (or pants), shoes and socks. And this is my outcome!
