The eyes are very well executed and the blood drops, while a bit distracting, add a lot to the skin, it's pretty cool. Although the placement of some of the eyes is a bit.. questionable. Such as the one placed on the torso, the left side of the head AND the left arm's shoulder all at once.

That being said, the eye on the BACK is a bit strange, it just has that one pixel poking out that doesn't seem to be related to anything that sticks out.

Other than these nitpicks, this rocks.
