Cthulhu - The Ocean Beast that was born from H.P Lovecraft and first introduced in the short story called The Call of the Cthulhu.
Cthulhu's appearance is described as looking like an octopus, a dragon and a caricature of human form.

I did Cthulhu submerging from deep ocean. Hope you guys enjoy and Happy Contest everyone.

Top of the legs need some work for the running animation but the water waves are super readable
