In a dark land, where all lights are neon, and there is money on crooks heads, there is one person in a dangerous world that does good. He goes through the streets, looking for purse stealers and shoplifters. In this city, towers reach the sky and rich people live in the clouds. Poor people live down bottom, on the ground, dirty and begging. There is one person the government wants hire, the master assassin. He roams up on the skyways and down on the ground. He is one of the universal types of people, having no preference to be high or low. these universal people are rare, and the government wants that type to do their dirty work. This particular assassin evades all attempts of the government to catch him. He is a solo assassin that loves what he does. You could call him the robin hood of his time.
