Well here is my entry for the CyberPunk Skin Contest
Googled some images for reference and I really liked the chicks with
the colorful hair and the leather clothes. The arms kind of showing the interior of her
prosthetic robot arms (think of Deus Ex) and making it look like they were stiched
together. The hair I looked to Skrillex and she has Daft Punk/Sciencey style head gear
that allows her to see. There is also a headjack in the side of her head that allows
her to acquire data.

I recommend you do not keep this skin as your contest submission. This is not cyberpunk.

However, I can't see your argument about this skin not being Cyber Punk. Even with you
link I feel that it even strengthens the fact that it is. There is fusion of man and machine (her arms are prosthetic/robotic), she is a more underground/rebel character, and "dark motifs contrasted with shocking neon color schemes".
