My name is MrNeonShot. I got some time to create a skin, when I see the new contest. Knowing I needed to do better with my skins, I researched. I didn't find anything useful on the Wiki, except that it was in the near future, and that they are usually outlaws. Hmm... Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is in the near future, and Assassins are outlaws/outcasts... So now you have a new assassin to the assassins creed series. The bronze red monocle is for heat seeking. The wires on his face connect to the other eye, and the mic his voice. That system was designed to watch what the assassin is doing. The thing on his back is a futuristic Assault Riffle (Google-Fu...CHOP) He has a hidden blade on his inner arm. Cyber punks are usually hackers was another thing I read (mid finishing), so I added USB ports and SC cards. The cuts and mud on his face is supposed to make him look more like an outcast. And finally, His head is somewhat round, for a more realistic. If you don't like the head being round, I already finished, Sorry :P.
