His Story
This is Steve's identical twin. When he was wandering around he found an iron door with a button on the outside and inside. He went in and pressed the button and fell into the Cyborg HQ. The cyborgs saw him and put him in the machine to turn him into a cyborg. He managed to escape their grasp and now he either wreaks havoc or saves the town.
