Lights over the brightness regulation has been deemed a criminal offense under the pretext of conserving energy. The streets remain dark, the world seems to have gone to sleep forever.

However, there have been those that have decided to defy this law and illuminate the world in brightness. These are the beacons of hope in this city of darkness.
