Darkness of Night is Purple Stars' other self from a dimension far, far away. At first, life seems to be great in this other world, but over time, people realize that they are slowly becoming the enemy, and slowly turn into a dark, unrecognizable being. Neither good nor corrupt, these shadows of the universe become anti-heroes, having questionable motives & goals but proving somewhat good, though it is very unclear. Little is known about the shadows.
