Daud, nicknamed by the masses as the Knife of Dunwall, was the leader and founder of a group of assassins known as Whalers that operated in of the Empire of Isles. Granted his powers by the mysterious Outsider, he is personaly responsible for the murder of Empress Jessamine Kaldwin and the kidnapping of her daughter, princess Emily.
