Hello all! I've made many cartoon skins, but I haven't posted them to here.

Why?

Well the answer is simple: I don't know.

This is a cartoon skin, and is not supposed to represent anyone. More or less, I intended this to look like a strange shop keeper.
It's a simple skin, as most of mine are, but I'll be working on more and I'll try to upload them.
