Well i don't know why i actually did this it just came to my mind when i was thinking about my graduation and of a derp classmate i have and then i created this.
I know this is not the best derpy skin ever or whatever but i just do what i like and reading commentaries of other people of my skins can help me know what is better to do and what it is not.
