I think there should be a slightly lighter shade on the edges of the dark part of his hair, or make that whole part lighter. Other than that, I think it looks good.

I would fix the way the shirt and the pants go together, and tweak the head shading

I do now see the problem with the colors of the pants and the shirts mixing. Also, I wasn't quite sure what to do on the head; I'll find a way later. Thanks for the help! I'll be sure to get to work later.
