It's Dipper Pines! :D from the show Gravity Falls at Disney Channel :)

I tried different styles of shading while making this, and turned to this :)

it looks like dipper played with Mable's pig and cant get the dirt off....But I'll take it! Its a really good skin. Want to use it for a gravity falls map i found.
