My Time Lord OC (Original Character), The Controller, in his fourth incarnation, just after regeneration.

After regenerating and rupturing the Valpraxian parasite latched to his brain stem, The Controller has become a new man, with red, curly hair and brown eyes. He decided enough was enough, and destroyed Valpraxis. However, he soon realized he had made a terrible mistake; Valpraxim's evil had corrupted him in the beginning moments of his regeneration.

He later shelved his predecessor's clothing, given that they had not been destroyed, like most of his regeneration clothing.
