Dr. Hydro had a bit of an accident, so his team of workers revived his old plans and brought him back to life in his very own suit. filled with Hydroflouric Fluids and Nutrients made from his central processor, Dr. Hydro can function as a normal person, but for a price. the Hydroflouric Fluids get around to his mechanical appendeges through tubes on his arms and legs. The Hyodroflouric must be replaced each month, or it will poison his brain, killing it forever.
