Dr. Illusion

So recently I was told to add more creativity to my skin...

This is Dr.Illusion, he is the leader of a group sworn to defeat terroist in the USA. They use a device created by the doctor himself to capture gamma rays and news as well as communicate. Along with people (possibly skins I might make) he runs the operation in the Galapagos Islands deep under ground. The doctor is said to never smile, and people claim he had a son. His life is a sad tale, but most likely one of the most interesting ones.
