Dr. Radius

Dr. Radius was once a scientist who lived in(or should I say under) Bedrockus Centralia. He was trying to create a cure for cancer using a new experimental mineral found under the bedrock. Unfortunately, there was only one block and it produced only a single piece of ore. He tried smelting it in a furnace, but it exploded in a massive explosion comparable to a hydrogen bomb, but giving off ten-thousand times the radiation of a nuke. The rads immediately demolished the city and transformed him into a horribly burnt abomination against nature. His discolored body was severely burnt and his face was completely melted off, replacing his eyes with glowing orbs of light. His body started to generate a highly corrosive green ooze, stored away inside blisters on his body. His face was so horribly damaged he welded a leather mask to it. He had to sow his mouth shut for every time he tried to speak, all that came out was a combination of highly-noxious neurotoxins. The metal pins keeping his mouth shut and his mask on have rusted over his years of wandering the wastelands and performing... experiments... *shudders*. He captures people and drags them back to Bedrockus Centralia to expose them to the radiation and look for a cure for his sickness, as he puts it. After seven-hundred casualties the closest he's come is making his blisters unbreakable so that he can no longer burn his... subjects.
