A draker from the awesome manga and anime, "Drifting Dragons"/"Kuutei Dragons".
The story is about the crew of a draking airship (think whaling but with dragons and airships), and their adventures whilst hunting dragons for food and money.
The skin is just a generic male draker, loosely modeled after Mika, or possibly Giraud, since they have similar hairstyles.
Feel free to use the skin to create the other characters and upload them, as long as you credit me.
