Dr.Jerald Baldmins

This is Dr. Jerald Baldmins. He used to be a normal man until he started experimenting with gene splicing. He had a lack of human test subjects due to reasons unknown he decided to try squid genes on himself and rapidly grew into a squid man. Some say his laboratory in the Mudclay mountains was destroyed in a riot that he caused when he left his lab and was attacked by the guards he payed to protect himself.Others say he still haunts his lab and sometimes goes to the town below and kidnaps the people of the town.
