This is Dr. Mario from the famous arcade game also named Dr. Mario! I decided to make this skin because he is one of my favorite gaming heroes created. Dr. Mario is an alter-ego of Mario, using vitamins to kill off viruses. He first appeared in the Nintendo Entertainment System game, of the same name.
