My skin is of a winter medic who goes back on a mission to earth (since humanity now lives on a different planet because logic) in order to recall information about Earth's condition.

Earth 1-8-5. A total of eighteen years has passed since our planet fell. 7 billion people dead and our numbers are only beginning to rise again, most died during Judgement Day, the rest died in the aftermath. With the grip of death slowly starting to loosen, we build our new civilization and let the roots of humanity begin to dig itself into our new planet, leaving the crumbled remains You’d think everything started when the bombs hit on Christmas Eve, but it began years before due to a contraption created for the sole purpose of poisoning life. As the cities and towns fell, so did the fragments of what humanity was. We always knew chemical warfare would be used as a weapon, but we never realized it would be used against the Earth entirely, wiping out over half of the population. The land grew colder each year, leading to the chilling reality that the earth was no longer sustainable. I was recruited to be a part of Recon Squad 27 as a medic. Equipped with the highest quality gear we have available, I ventured into what we once thought was our home; a dangerous surface with exceedingly low temperatures, risking not only of high levels of radiation but also the fierce weather and terrain conditions.
