It is indeed! I don't create as often in low rez, all skins I do low resolution tend to go under the radar.

I'll have to give it a try though I suppose.

But HD are easy because you can make your skin as what you envision, with non-hd you have to place pixels the right way with the right colors to cultivate an image. I don't see how people do it.
