Background:
  Six months ago, my brother--Spider-man 2099--suddenly disappeared before my 17th birthday, and many speculate that he has died or is in space fighting aliens. With a new wave of rampant crime throughout Nueva York, all hope seemed to be lost, until I received an over-due rent notice for a mysterious property under Miguel's name. Upon investigating the location with a few close friends, we initially discovered an unassuming, albeit quite messy, studio apartment. After a brief altercation over who amongst us should get to keep the totally comfortable sofa, we accidentally set off a hidden switch revealing a secret laboratory, hidden behind a rotating wall!
  Although the rest of the group was in a sate of awe at the sight of the secret lab, I couldn't help but feel sick to the stomach upon the realization that my older brother had been lying to our family all these years. Gazing upon the armory of spider-suits for the first time was a surreal experience, even if most were partially disassembled or greatly damaged.
  Suddenly the room started speaking and we shifted our attention to a talking hologram that claimed to have been my brother's lab assistant. The angsty ai-assistant granted us access to the suits under the premise that we will find out what happened to my brother. Out of all the suits in the armory, one suit particularly caught my eye given that it was the only suit mostly intact, albeit missing a mask, and was illuminated under the headlamp of the workbench in the center of the room. On another workbench was what appeared to be a speed-bike racing helmet that was being worked on, and was likely going to be my birthday present for my 17th birthday that has since passed. With the not-so-brilliant idea to hack the modified biker helmet onto the suit prototype, I can now follow in my older brother's footsteps and temporarily take the mantle of Spider-man. I will find out what happened to my older brother, and bring comeuppance to those responsible for his disappearance.
