Electric Master

This is kind of a pixel adjust, I know. But it's my own skin so whatever. The two go together. It's kinda like if I made a Ryu and Ken skin and they got removed for pixel adjustment.This is the brother of the fire master. Again, like Ryu and Ken, this guy being Ken. They trained under the same master until they became masters themselves. Due to his electric nature, his clothes get very ripped up.
