This is for Witchi and Icarian's second round to their contest. The theme was heroes and villains, and originally, the plan was that the villain would be an evil yet loopy wizard similar to ice king, and my little elven forest wizard would be a hero, but my partner won't be able to post.

I also am likely going to be a lot more inactive until June when I can get a new computer and school ends. There's a lot of stuff going on for me right now and skinning is very fun but I don't know if I can keep up with everything else and still post skins at least once a week(or something).
