Only skins that are made with effort and thinking are accepted here, otherwise it's most likely going to be frowned upon. The borders are perfectly achieved, but with the rest of his body looking like that it's just dull and boring. This skin has potential to be awesome! It just lacks more work and effort.

Anyways, most people may not take their time to analyze the effort put into a skin, but if there is none in the first place then the skin will not be good, thus not getting lots of downloads and diamonds. Skin making with effort is a subtle art, many will not even realize, but the results are undeniable.
