I submitted one with a detailed description, and it must have gotten deleted.
So, The Eximius Class Soldier is genetically enhanced, basically, and are the grunts of the N0VA private military. The suit enhances ability to move and think, and supplies adrenaline in a time of crisis or battle.

Actually, I just made it as part of a Sci-Fi Military themed skin group I am making. Eximius means "Super" in Latin, referring to the super-soldier-like qualities of the troop.
