This is ExplodingTNT's old skin as seen in the image below. The colors are slightly different from the current one, but the biggest change is that ExplodingTNT used to have a creeper face. The only image of it in a video I could find is the one below. Not much else to say other than its really hard to find this skin and that's why I posted it so you don't have to.
