There are too many colors too close to each other, like television static. The armor pieces do not really have a defined shape here because there's no clear start or end to them, especially on the sides and backs of the legs, the middle of the arms, and the sides and top of the helmet.

Also, you missed a pixel on the arms, and it shows up see-through in the previewer (but black in-game).

I was in a hurry. Thx for the feed back ill fix the arms and try to make it look more defined i tryed my best with what skin edit provides

There's a big misconception with skins, that you have to use SkinEdit or SkinCraft. You can just use a normal image editor, like GIMP or Photoshop, you know.
