However, something about that very princess, something oddly familiar to Faris, inspired a change of heart, and lead him to not only free his new prisoners, but to aid them on their errand in the shrine of the Wind Crystal.

His ship draws curiosity due to its ability to sail despite... a lack of a sail. A quick peek below the hull will reveal a gargantuan sea serpent, nearly as long as the ship itself. This is Syldra, Faris's closest friend among his crew, and the main driving force behind the gang's maritime expeditions.
