The colors of her outfit is based off of the colors of my school's uniform. Not exactly my best work, but I'm proud of it anyways.
This skin relates to emotions because... well, she's sad. And sad's an emotion, right? Yeah.. it is, right? Also I tried to make the colors sorta dull, which helps give a feeling of sadness even though her outfit is cute :3
