Float as she appears in Spark the Electric Jester 2!
Her hands are super weird and impossible to capture in Minecraft, so I hope they're alright here.

After being discarded as a "failed experiment" by the military, she was dumped in a scrapyard. Crying alone in a corner, she was found by Flint. She initially turned Flint away, trying to hide her new body in shame, until Flint offered to help her find some clothes. After spending hours salvaging what they could from the scrapyard, Float managed to find an outfit she loved, and her and Flint turned into fast friends. Seemingly, she is unlike most other robots, being a cyborg who is apparently disconnected from the internet. Eventually, while walking with Flint, Flint was attacked by a malicious program sent to all robots via the internet. He was concerned about Float, who just stared at him confused. It was then when Double found the two of them and recruited them in his mission given by Freom; to kill Fark.

Spark and his games were made by LakeFepard and are available through Steam. They are the best 3D Platformers I've ever played, and you should check them out!
