Unit-1 (a.k.a. Prototype OR a.k.a. Freom Mk.0) from the Spark the Electric Jester series!
He shows up in Spark 1 as an (separate) easy boss, in Spark 2 as Freom's true form, and in Spark 3 as [[SPOILERS!]]

In most games, this is represented as Freom's true form, tied to a chair in Spark 2. In Spark 1 this was the design of an easy boss that was quickly and mercilessly killed by Freom. (Self-image issues?? Anyways, did you know that this was originally Freom's actual design? LakeFepard thought he wasn't cool/intimidating enough, so Freom Mk.1-3 was born. That's all I really have to say in this one :P)
